Toasted Seeds

 2 Handfull Cashew pieces and pumpkins seeds
 2 Handfull Sunflower seeds

Preheat a dry skillet pan over a medium heat and add in the cashews

Allow to brown for a minute or two, turning regularly then add the sunflower seeds.

Again, allow for a further minute or two and add the pumpkin seeds.

After a further minute turn down the heat to low and continue to regularly stir the seeds until they have a golden colour and are evenly toasted

Remove from the heat and allow to cool before using. Store in an air tight container, such as a Kilner jar, in the cupboard.
